About Me
My management journey began in 2011 when I was pulled into my company's first project that needed a PM. What started as an unexpected assignment became a lifelong passion for delivery excellence, team empowerment, and Agile transformation.
After becoming a Certified Scrum Master in 2013 — part of the first wave of CSMs in Colombia — I co-led a grassroots Agile transformation that reshaped how development worked globally within my company. That experience proved to me that culture eats methodology for breakfast, but the right framework makes culture sustainable.

Across 16+ years in the software development industry, I have managed multi-squad operations of up to 80 team members, delivered digital transformation for world-class brands like Universal Studios, Meta, Morningstar, Walmart, and Royal Caribbean, and played key roles in PMO definition and process standardization.

- Leading the delivery of a critical Data & Analytics platform migration from Microsoft Synapse (MIDH) to Microsoft Fabric — a strategic, multi-phase transformation program designed to improve development productivity, reduce cost of ownership, and enable new analytics and AI capabilities for the business.
- Managing large, complex, multi-workstream projects with full governance, quality oversight, and stakeholder alignment across technical and business leadership.

EPIC Universe Launch
Senior PM & Scrum Master for Universal Destinations & Experiences Global Commerce team. Embedded in two Agile pods responsible for new online store delivery and ongoing platform optimization. Played a central role in the EPIC Universe grand opening, coordinating eCommerce storefronts, site deployments, and launch readiness across multiple U.S. parks.
Meta Reality Labs – Quest & RayBan
PM for Meta's Reality Labs creative team at Zemoga, supporting all creative development, assets, copies, and deliverables for the eCommerce ecosystem — specifically the Meta Quest Headset and RayBan-Meta Smartglasses. Managed producers, executive directors, designers, motion creators, and web marketers across all product launches and site updates.
Walmart Recipe Hub
Led as PM/Scrum Master a full product team (16 members) to build Walmart's Recipe Hub from scratch — design to delivery across Web, iOS, and Android. The product enabled content creators to publish shoppable cooking videos. After launch, the initiative generated over $400M USD in net sales in its first 4 months, becoming one of Walmart's most profitable digital initiatives.
Walmart Toys Catalog
Led the delivery of Walmart's Toys Catalog — a foundational product catalog that grouped toys into categories to enhance navigation and visibility. Developed reusable UI modules within Walmart's system, enabling other teams to launch their own product catalogs. The build was timed against the holiday season deadline, then refactored into a scalable, modular architecture post-launch.
Morningstar – Advisor Workstation
Managed delivery for 3 squads within Morningstar Financial's Center of Excellence — an account of 100+ resources across 18 projects with a mature SAFe implementation. Led the enhancement of the Advisor Workstation's Portfolio capability using a new graphics engine for data visualization, statistics, and reporting.
LINCspring – Teacher Coaching Platform
PM and Business Analyst for LINCspring — a coaching and professional eLearning solution for U.S. teachers. Led full product design, custom development, content management, and gamification to digitize a proprietary learning method. Dual-role as PM and BA, owning the full backlog, requirements, and scope for the platform build.

Team Management
I lead through Psychological Safety — creating environments where people bring their full selves and feel safe to take risks, speak up, and experiment. I coach teams toward self-organization, celebrate collective ownership, and build rituals that reinforce continuous learning. High performance is a result of trust, not pressure.
Delivery Organization
I apply an iterative, flow-based delivery model adapted to each team's context. Using Scrum ceremonies as scaffolding and Kanban as the visibility engine, I keep delivery transparent, prioritized, and unblocked.
Risk & Priority Management
Risks are identified early through structured risk registers, dependency maps, and inter-team sync cadences. Priorities are set collaboratively with Product and stakeholders based on business value and delivery capacity.
Flow Metrics & Continuous Improvement
I use flow metrics as a shared language for delivery health. WIP limits prevent multitasking traps. Cycle time reveals bottlenecks. Throughput measures predictability. Aging work surfaces stuck items. Together, these metrics guide retrospectives into data-backed improvement experiments.
